Refund Policy

Do you already have a GDC pass?

To cancel, change, or substitute your pass, please email gdcregistration@informa.com.

Requests for registration cancellations, upgrades, and downgrades must be received on or before February 5, 2027. Cancellations will incur a $250.00 cancellation fee for passes. Refunds are not available after this date for downgrades or cancellations and are not available for no-shows, the cancellation fee is nonrefundable.

Pass upgrades can be purchased by sending an email to GDC Registration gdcregistration@informa.com.

Do you want a refund for Indie Giving?

Refunds are not guaranteed. However, you can contact us to request a refund if you no longer need your GDC ticket and cannot make the Indie Giving event. There is also the option to donate your spot to someone else.

Eventbrite fees cannot be refunded.
